$125.00 Listed Fee
For reference only, the basic permission fee we use for calculating estimates is $125.00, based on three criteria:

1. web use - single site, two year limit, no forwarding or resale, non managed.
2. print  - publication of a single image, at half page size, with adjacent credit, in an editorial newspaper, magazine or corporate brochure application, in one media, under 5,000 copies, non managed.
3. audio/visual - single usage of a still image in a video, PowerPoint, or speaker assist type presentation, non managed.

Cover shots, commercial projects, billboards, television, web broadcast, less credit, managed rights and large print production runs all require higher licensing fees. Actual fees for particular projects may vary widely based on both the number of images ordered and the application in which they are used, in accordance with standard practice in professional photography. Multiple uses of the same image, or quantity orders for the use of several different images are available at a discounted rate.

Managed Rights
Managed rights means that DVPix International will not license the same photo or video footage to a competitor for a similar product use, or for a similar publication or broadcast. Most professional publishers, agencies, and licensees prefer the security of this type of agreement and usually include territory or time limitations that are subject to renewal prior to expiration date. Terms of each licensing agreement are different and negotiable, and are written to fit the requester¹s needs. In all cases DVPix International keeps records of  individual photos and video sequences, and how it is licensed or used, so that we can offer this type of license.

Extensive Archives
We are pleased to make all of our images available for sale or limited usage subject to completing a Licensing Agreement.  A few selected images are shown on the web site, but we have over 30,000 files in stock and an extensive digital video library to choose from. And, if we don¹t have an image, we will help you find it!

Sample Layouts and Story boarding
We will provide, free of charge, low resolution, copyright protected images for sample layouts or video story boarding.

Quick Reply and Delivery
An initial response to most licensing inquiries can usually be provided within one business day and shipping by courier, e-mail, or FTP can be done immediately after obtaining a signed Licensing Agreement and payment has been received through PayPal, cash transfer or cheque.
